• Construction of a five-star hotel having a closed area of 39.000 m² including 202 standard rooms, 3 rooms for the handicapped, 48 connection rooms, 39 suits, ballroom, dining hall, conference hall, meeting room, business and exhibition centers, fitness center, closed and open swimming pool, spa, and restaurants.
