Scope of Work: Scope of the project comprises the turnkey completion (design and construction) of a hospital building with total covered construction area of 11.000 sqm, which includes the following:

•       120 patient beds,

•       4 operating theatres (including one cardio vascular surgery and one obstetrics),

•       20 intensive care unit beds,

•       16 VIP rooms,

•       Diagnostics (MR, Angiography, nuclear medicine),

•       Medical gas wiring and laboratories with all technical systems.
